Competent authorities must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

  • Attestation PH/P100: renamed PH/P100C and had information on temperatures moved to the notes for completion. 
  • Attestation PH/I001: Has been replaced by PH/I001A which has deleted 바카라 사이트˜section 2 and section 3 of바카라 사이트™ and added 바카라 사이트˜and Regulation (EU) No 2019/624바카라 사이트™ to the notes for completion. 
  • Attestation PH/MK002: ()[carcass or parts of the carcass] ()[meat] (*)[minced meat has] has been replaced by 바카라 사이트˜the products have바카라 사이트™.

  • Attestation PH/D004 second D option has been changed to option B.  the notes for completion have been amended to reflect this change. 
  • Part III notes for completion Part I box reference I.28: Removed 바카라 사이트˜cuts/pieces바카라 사이트™ added 바카라 사이트˜products and, for chilled minced meat indicate the use by date (dd/mm/yyyy).바카라 사이트™Â 
  • 바카라 사이트˜Retained바카라 사이트™ has been changed to 바카라 사이트˜Assimilated바카라 사이트™ throughout the certificate.
