The CMA publishes letter to Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s concerning 18 breaches of the Groceries Market Investigation (Controlled Land) Order 2010.

At the Competition and Market Authority (CMA)바카라 사이트™s request, Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s has reviewed all its land agreements. The CMA has found that 18 of these agreements were not compliant with the Groceries Market Investigation (Controlled Land) Order 2010.

Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s has taken, and continues to take, steps to correct these breaches and the CMA has published a letter sent to Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s following its investigation of these breaches.

These breaches concern land agreements relating to 18 Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s stores in:

  • Braidwater Retail Park, Ballymena
  • Villier Surmarne Avenue, Bishops Stortford
  • Thornhill, Cardiff
  • Fossbank, York
  • Guildford Street, Chertsey (on two separate occasions)
  • Wickersley, Rotherham
  • Clifton Way, Hinckley
  • Springfield, Chelmsford
  • Colchester Avenue, Cardiff
  • New England Street, Brighton
  • South Woodford, London (on two separate occasions)
  • Stevenage
  • Bedford Street, Kempston
  • Sprotbrough Avenue, Doncaster
  • Culcheth, Warrington
  • Ebrington Street, Plymouth
