At the Competition and Market Authority (CMA)바카라 사이트™s request, Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s has reviewed all its land agreements. The CMA has found that 18 of these agreements were not compliant with the Groceries Market Investigation (Controlled Land) Order 2010.
Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s has taken, and continues to take, steps to correct these breaches and the CMA has published a letter sent to Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s following its investigation of these breaches.
These breaches concern land agreements relating to 18 Sainsbury바카라 사이트™s stores in:
- Braidwater Retail Park, Ballymena
- Villier Surmarne Avenue, Bishops Stortford
- Thornhill, Cardiff
- Fossbank, York
- Guildford Street, Chertsey (on two separate occasions)
- Wickersley, Rotherham
- Clifton Way, Hinckley
- Springfield, Chelmsford
- Colchester Avenue, Cardiff
- New England Street, Brighton
- South Woodford, London (on two separate occasions)
- Stevenage
- Bedford Street, Kempston
- Sprotbrough Avenue, Doncaster
- Culcheth, Warrington
- Ebrington Street, Plymouth
