Open general import licence (OGIL)

This open general import licence (OGIL) permits the importation of all goods into the United Kingdom, subject to the various exceptions it sets out.

Details

This open general import licence (OGIL) came into force on 21 October 2022 and replaces the previous version of the OGIL. It is accompanied by an explanatory note.
