Where the UK needs to deport someone, but need specific assurances that they would be treated in line with human rights standards such as the European Convention on Human Rights, this is done under the 바카라 사이트바카라 사이트™s Deportation with Assurances (DWA) policy.

The UK has agreements with a number of countries 바카라 사이트“ usually in the form of a 바카라 사이트˜Memorandum of Understanding바카라 사이트™ between governments 바카라 사이트“ which give assurances around the treatment of people deported from the UK to one of these countries, or from one of these countries to the UK.
