This report sets out the aspects of the local government finance settlement for 2025 to 2026 which will require approval by the House of Commons at time of the final settlement early in 2025. It includes: the proposed Revenue Support Grant distribution; the basis of the calculation of Baseline Funding Levels and 바카라 사이트˜tariff바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜top up바카라 사이트™ payments that form part of the Business Rates Retention system; the determination of the 바카라 사이트˜central바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜local share바카라 사이트™ of business rates; and the designation of business rates pools.
