In June 2015 Tom Kelly, one of the former DECC바카라 사이트檚 Non-Executive Directors, carried out a lessons learned review of the management of the LCF, following the identification of the projected LCF overspend in April 2015. This report sets out his recommendations and is accompanied by a 바카라 사이트 response on progress against those recommendations.
