The Bill will deliver the 바카라 사이트바카라 사이트檚 manifesto commitment to 바카라 사이트渆nsure that Judicial Review is available to protect the rights of the individuals against an overbearing state, while ensuring that it is not abused to conduct politics by another means or to create needless delays.바카라 사이트� This follows both the Independent Review of Administrative Law, which reported to me in January, and a 바카라 사이트 consultation earlier this year.
As well as the Judicial Review measures, the Bill will introduce a number of procedural measures across the criminal courts, Employment Tribunals and Coroner바카라 사이트檚 Courts. These measures will streamline processes, saving time and money for the court system, and supporting court recovery. The Bill will also remove obligations requiring the City of London Corporation to provide county and magistrates바카라 사이트� court capacity at their current locations, paving the way for a new courthouse on a different site.
