This publication provides an update on DWP improvements to communications following Matthew Oakley바카라 사이트檚 independent review of JSA sanctions, published on 22 July 2014.

In September 2013, DWP appointed Matthew Oakley, a member of the Social Security Advisory Committee, to look at:

• the clarity of information given to JSA claimants who have had their benefits reduced for failing to take part in mandatory back to work schemes
• what could be done to make the process clearer

The government has accepted all of Matthew바카라 사이트檚 recommendations.
