21 February 2025 - HLPAS procurement process opens

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting Tenders to deliver HLPAS from 1 June 2025 under the 2024 Standard Civil Contract (바카라 사이트œ2024 Contract바카라 사이트) for the following HLPAS Areas:

  • Kidderminster, Redditch, Worcester
  • Slough
  • Uxbridge
  • Winchester

In addition, the LAA is inviting Tenders to deliver HLPAS from 1 September 2025 under the 2024 Contract for the following HLPAS Areas:

  • Barnsley
  • Bury St Edmunds
  • Grimsby
  • Guildford
  • Lancaster
  • Wigan
  • Wolverhampton

It is a requirement that holders of a HLPAS Schedule hold a 2024 Contract which includes a specific authorisation to conduct Housing and Debt Contract Work (바카라 사이트œ2024 Housing and Debt Contract바카라 사이트) i.e. the delivery of legal aid advice on Housing & Debt matters that are not covered by HLPAS.

To be eligible to tender for HLPAS Contract Work through this procurement process, Applicants must either:

  • Already hold authorisation under a 2024 Housing and Debt Contract for the Office(s) from which they are bidding to deliver HLPAS Contract Work; or
  • tender for and subsequently obtain and hold a 2024 Housing and Debt Contract at each Office from which they are bidding to deliver HLPAS Contract Work.Ā  Applicants in this position must tender through the Procurement of Civil Legal Aid Services in England and Wales from 1 September 2024 process, the rules of which are set out in the by 17:00 on 25 March 2025.
