Details

The 2014 survey is HMRC바카라 사이트檚 sixth annual Civil Service People Survey.

HMRC바카라 사이트檚 engagement index has decreased by a rounded 1% (from 43.92%) to 43% (42.99%), also moving 1% away from the Civil Service benchmark which has increased to 59%. This could be attributed to an increased response rate this year, and therefore the results may have been affected by having a more respresentative outcome. HMRC is looking into this to determine where changes need to be made.
