Defnyddiwch y ffurflenni hyn i wrthwynebu i rywun gofrestru atwrneiaeth arhosol (LPA) neu atwrneiaeth barhaus (EPA).

I wrthwynebu cofrestru LPA, defnyddiwch:

• LPA006 os chi yw rhoddwr yr LPA ac rydych eisiau gwrthwynebu am unrhyw reswm
• LPA007 os ydych yn atwrnai neu바카라 사이트™n 바카라 사이트˜unigolyn i바카라 사이트™w hysbysu바카라 사이트™ ac rydych eisiau gwrthwynebu ar sail ffeithiol
• LPA008 os ydych yn unrhyw un (gan gynnwys atwrnai neu 바카라 사이트˜unigolyn i바카라 사이트™w hysbysu바카라 사이트™) sydd eisiau gwrthwynebu am resymau eraill (sef 바카라 사이트˜sail ragnodedig바카라 사이트™)

Os ydych eisiau gwrthwynebu ar sail ragnodedig, mae바카라 사이트™n rhaid ichi hefyd a thalu ffi o £400.

I wrthwynebu cofrestru EPA:

• defnyddiwch ffurflen EP3PG os rhoddwyd gwybod ichi am y cofrestru
• os na roddwyd gwybod ichi
