The Governor바카라 사이트檚 Office is committed to openness, transparency and the public interest in compliance with both the UK바카라 사이트檚 Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Cayman Islands Freedom of Information Law 2007.

The Governor바카라 사이트檚 Office holds two separate sets of records, each dealt with differently:

  1. UK 바카라 사이트 documents covered by the UK바카라 사이트檚 Freedom of Information Act 2000. Requests for the release of these records should be made to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

  2. Cayman Islands 바카라 사이트 documents covered by the Cayman Islands Freedom of Information Law 2007. Read information on .

Applications should be made in writing by email to聽foi.gov@gov.ky聽or by letter to Lisa Carroll, Information Manager, Governor바카라 사이트檚 Office, Suite 101, 바카라 사이트 Administration Building, Elgin Avenue, Grand Cayman KY1-9000 / telephone +1 345 244 2431.

Disclosure logs

Under the Cayman Islands바카라 사이트� Freedom of Information law, we are obliged to keep disclosure logs listing Freedom of Information requests and their outcomes.

If you wish to appeal a decision from this office please contact us directly within 30 days of receiving notice of the decision.
