The GPAF Mid-Term Evaluation was conducted as a process evaluation that focused on assessing the performance of the Fund mechanism 바카라 사이트“ how projects are delivering, the way that the grant application process has affected project delivery, and the way in which the Fund has performed as a result. The evaluation involved an assessment of a sample of grantees whose projects have been operational for at least a year by 1 May 2013. A total of 33 grantees met this selection requirement.
