An evaluation was commissioned in order to understand how the TA scheme was working and the impacts that the first TA auction had in relation to its intended objectives.

Phase 2 examined the experience of participants in meeting the scheme바카라 사이트™s requirements and delivering DSR capacity during the 2016 to 2017 winter period, and follows on from phase 1 which looked at awareness of and initial participation in the scheme:
