Entering the UK as the holder of an Article 10 or 20 residence card

From 1 January 2021 you can no longer use an Article 10 or 20 residence card issued by an EEA member state to travel to the UK if you바카라 사이트檙e accompanying your EEA citizen family member to the UK, or joining them in the UK.

You will need a valid national passport, together with one of the following:

  • an EU Settlement Scheme family permit
  • an EU Settlement Scheme pre-settled or settled status

This document provides information on non-EU, EEA or Swiss nationals who hold a valid residence card that is issued to them as a family member of an EU, EEA or Swiss national.
