Employment intermediaries: report template

From 6 April 2015, employment intermediaries must use the template to send information about workers where they don't operate Pay As You Earn.

Details

The employment intermediary that holds the contract with the person who uses the worker바카라 사이트檚 services must send this information to HM Revenue and Customs. The intermediary must use the employment intermediaries service to upload and send their reports.

You can refer to the attached 바카라 사이트楬ow to use the employment intermediaries template바카라 사이트� or the help in the column and row headings of the template.

You can use the CSV and ODS versions of the template with all recent spreadsheet software like Excel, LibreOffice and OpenOffice.

If you use an Apple Mac, you바카라 사이트檒l only be able to use the CSV version of the template with Numbers.

   Updated content in format and layout section for using a fresh template for each report submitted.

2. 6 August 2015

   The guide and templates (help text in columns L and O) have been updated following user feedback. Previously downloaded versions of the templates will continue to work with the service.

   The guide and templates (help text in columns P and Y) have been updated because of new formatting rules for decimal places and Companies House registration numbers following user feedback. Previously downloaded versions of the templates will continue to work with the new formatting rules.

   Clarification has been added for employment intermediaries of which version of the report template to use depending on the spreadsheet software used.
