Draft Investment Exchanges, Clearing Houses and Central Securities Depositories (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This SI will make amendments to domestic UK law related to the regulatory regime for recognised investment exchanges, EEA market operators, clearing houses (including central counterparties, or 바카라 사이트淐CPs바카라 사이트�) and central securities depositories (바카라 사이트淐SDs바카라 사이트�), to ensure that the UK regulatory regime continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. HM Treasury has now proposed this instrument to be laid under the negative resolution procedure. It will be considered by the Parliamentary sifting committees ahead of being formally laid.
