This statement gives an overview of DfE바카라 사이트™s success in deregulating the private, voluntary and independent sectors in education and children바카라 사이트™s services since January 2011.
It shows the financial impact of new regulations introduced or planned for introduction over a 6-month period. The statement also contains a summary of the costs of compliance with these regulations and DfE바카라 사이트™s performance against the 바카라 사이트˜one-in, two-out바카라 사이트™ framework.
Each new regulation is categorised as:
- having a cost impact on businesses, defined as 바카라 사이트˜in바카라 사이트™
- being part of savings made by modifying or removing existing regulations, defined as 바카라 사이트˜out바카라 사이트™
- having equal, or non-monetisable, costs and benefits, defined as 바카라 사이트˜zero net바카라 사이트™
바카라 사이트˜Non-monetisable바카라 사이트™ means that a monetary value can바카라 사이트™t be put on either the costs or benefits to the organisation.
