Each new regulation is categorised as:
- having a cost impact on businesses, defined as 바카라 사이트˜in바카라 사이트™
- having no costs associated with it, defined as 바카라 사이트˜zero net바카라 사이트™
- being part of savings made by modifying or removing existing regulations, defined as 바카라 사이트˜out바카라 사이트™
