In 2019, 29 councils agreed to share data with HMRC about Council Tax debt. This allowed them to obtain information about employment for a sample of residents who had not paid their Council Tax and who had received a magistrates바카라 사이트™ court liability order.
HMRC, as joint data controller to these agreements, has published the business cases and Data Protection Impact Assessments for these pilots.
