Details

Court of Protection visitors report independently to the Public Guardian and the聽Court of Protection. They help in the Public Guardian바카라 사이트檚 role of:

• supervising deputies
• investigating concerns about the actions of a deputy or attorney

Depending on the circumstances, a report may be released:

• to people a visitor has interviewed while preparing a report (at the Public Guardian바카라 사이트檚 discretion)
• to people or organisations included in a Public Guardian application to the court
• to the police or a local authority involved in an investigation
• after a request for personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), known as a subject access request
• with the court바카라 사이트檚 permission, if it ordered the report
