When 2 or more people own property together they are known as the 바카라 사이트˜trustees바카라 사이트™ of that property.

This guidance explains how to manage the sale of property both when:

• there바카라 사이트™s a continuing trustee, or trustees, in addition to a trustee who lacks mental capacity
• a person who lacks mental capacity is the only surviving trustee

You might be able to apply for help with Court of Protection fees.
