These are the final versions of the聽CfD聽Standard Terms and Conditions, the Generic Agreement and contract variants for聽CfD聽Allocation Round 6.
贰补肠丑听CfD聽contract issued in Allocation Round 6 (AR6) will comprise 2 components:
- the specific front-end聽CfD听础驳谤别别尘别苍迟
- the Standard Terms and Conditions
The generic聽CfD听础驳谤别别尘别苍迟 forms the front section of the聽CfD聽contract and contains project-specific information that tailors the application of the Standard Terms and Conditions.聽CfD聽applicants should select this聽CfD听础驳谤别别尘别苍迟, unless one of the other published variations is required - for example the phased (apportioned and single metering) terms or private network terms.
These final versions incorporate changes made to the Standard Terms and Conditions and聽CfD聽Private Network Agreement that were consulted on in December 2023. As indicated in the government response to the December 2023 consultation, in light of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023, all references to 바카라 사이트榬etained EU law바카라 사이트� in the CfD Standard Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the reference 바카라 사이트榓ssimilated law바카라 사이트�.
