This concordat establishes an agreed framework for co-operation between the UK 바카라 사이트 and the Welsh 바카라 사이트 on issues pertaining to Part 2 (Emergency Powers) of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (바카라 사이트渢he Act바카라 사이트�), which applies to the United Kingdom. The concordat should be read in conjunction with the Regulations and Guidance supporting Part 1 of the Act, which relates to local civil protection arrangements. These Regulations and Guidance set out in detail how the UK 바카라 사이트 and the Welsh 바카라 사이트 will co-operate in taking forward Part 1 of the Act.
