The Civil 2018 tender process for Housing Possesison Court Duty Scheme (HPCDS) contracts opened today (12 October 2018).

This page contains the scheme area guides for the 46 scheme areas in which LAA is offering HPCDS contracts. Organisations intrested in tendering for a HPCDS contract should read the relevant scheme area guide(s) before submitting their tender.
