These regulations amend the Children바카라 사이트檚 Homes (England) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/541) to amend a restriction in those that prevents a 16 to 19 Academy, as defined in section 1B of the Academies Act 2010 (c. 32), from being a children바카라 사이트檚 home. These regulations will allow a 16 to 19 Academy to be a children바카라 사이트檚 home where that children바카라 사이트檚 home is also approved by the Secretary of State to provide accommodation for the purpose of restricting the liberty of children and young people. This amendment applies solely for the purpose of establishing a secure school, and as such, the exemption otherwise still applies.
