Use form CH105 to authorise someone (an 'intermediary') to help you with your Child Benefit.

Details

Use form CH105 if you want an intermediary, such as Citizens Advice, to help you with your Child Benefit.

Do not use form CH105 to authorise a paid agent such as an accountant or other professional adviser to help you with your Child Benefit. You should use Ìý¾±²Ô²õ³Ù±ð²¹»å.

Email HMRC to ask for the form in Welsh.

Use form 64-8 to authorise HMRC to communicate with an accountant, tax agent or adviser acting on your behalf.
