This letter provides information on the Chancellor바카라 사이트檚 2011 Autumn Statement and business rates measures on:

• a further 6-month extension of the increase in Small Business Rate Relief
• a deferral scheme for 60% of the RPI increase (5.6%) in 2012 to 2013 bills
