Competent authorities must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

Published July 2024:

  • Attestation AW/001: renamed to AW/001A. 
  • Attestation AH/T104C: renamed AH/T104D and a new AND/OR option has been added. In the last AND/OR option 바카라 사이트˜()[A],()[H]바카라 사이트™ has changed to 바카라 사이트˜()[A] and ()[H]바카라 사이트™. In the notes for completion 바카라 사이트˜Vaccination programmes against foot-and-mouth disease are being officially carried out and controlled in domestic bovine animals in this territory바카라 사이트™ has been removed from the [A] option.   • Attestation PH/E100B: replaced by PH/E100A. 
  • Attestation PH/P100: renamed PH/P100A and information on temperatures moved to the notes for completion.  
  • Attestation PH/I001: Has been replaced by PH/I001A which has deleted 바카라 사이트˜section 2 and section 3 of바카라 사이트™ and added 바카라 사이트˜and Regulation (EU) No 2019/624바카라 사이트™ to the notes for completion. 
  • Attestation PH/MK002: ()[carcass or parts of the carcass] ()[meat] (*)[minced meat has] has been replaced by 바카라 사이트˜the products have바카라 사이트™.

  • 바카라 사이트˜Retained바카라 사이트™ has been amended to 바카라 사이트˜Assimilated바카라 사이트™ throughout the certificate.
