I write in response to an email received by our office on Thursday 24th April 2025 in which you asked for:

Your request has been handled as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The ANPR Independent Advisory Group meeting has met once since 21 July 2021 and the minutes are publicly available, as they have been published by this office and can be accessed through this link. Therefore, we are exempt from disclosing them again under exemption 21, as the information is accessible to the applicant by other means.
