A biodiversity gain plan is a document that shows how you will achieve biodiversity net gain (BNG). In your plan, you must provide evidence for your BNG »å±ð³¦¾±²õ¾±´Ç²Ô²õ.Ìý

Use the overall biodiversity gain plan template to create your overall plan for the whole development.Ìý

Use the phase biodiversity gain plan template to create a plan for each phase of your development.Ìý

Before you start work on your development you must:Ìý

  • get planning permission from your local planning authority (LPA)Ìý

  • send your overall plan and first phase plan to your LPAÌý

  • get LPA approval for your biodiversity gain plansÌý

You must get LPA approval for each phase biodiversity gain plan before you start development on that phase.
