On 4 April 2014, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local 바카라 사이트 used his powers under of the Local 바카라 사이트 Act 1999 to appoint PwC to carry out an inspection of Tower Hamlets Council바카라 사이트檚 compliance with its best value duty. This document is the report of that inspection.

The report was announced by the Secretary of State in a written ministerial statement made to Parliament on 4 November 2014.
