This ninth annual statement of emissions sets out the steps taken to calculate the 바카라 사이트śnet UK carbon account바카라 사이트ť in respect of 2016 바카라 사이트“ the fourth annual statement of the second budgetary period (2013-17). The net UK carbon account is what we compare against the carbon budgets to determine whether they are being met, and must not exceed the level of the carbon budget at the end of each budgetary period.
