This eighth annual statement of emissions sets out the steps taken to calculate the 바카라 사이트渘et UK carbon account바카라 사이트� in respect of 2015 바카라 사이트� the third annual statement of the second budgetary period (2013-17). The net UK carbon account is what we compare against the carbon budgets to determine whether they are being met, and must not exceed the level of the carbon budget at the end of each budgetary period.
