Details

Most new immigration policies are subject to an impact assessment (IA). The Migration Advisory Council바카라 사이트™s remit requires it to evaluate the present method used in immigration IAs and to suggest alternatives.

This report concentrates on 3 areas:

1. whose welfare should be considered 바카라 사이트“ the 바카라 사이트˜resident바카라 사이트™ population or that of the population plus the immigrants?
2. do immigrants displace British workers in the labour market?
3. how can less easily monetised factors 바카라 사이트“ eg congestion, crime and consumption of education and health services 바카라 사이트“ be included in the calculation?
