Amending the name of a Chinese exporting producer of ceramic tiles (Anti-Dumping Duty 2287)
The Commission has accepted a request to change the name of a producer of ceramic tiles from Guangdong Monalisa Ceramics Co. Ltd to Monalisa Group Co. Ltd.

Details
Anti-Dumping Duty is an Import Duty charged in addition to normal Customs Duty and is applied across the whole EU.
It is designed to allow the EU to take action against goods that are sold at less than their normal value - that being defined as the price for 바카라 사이트˜like goods바카라 사이트™ sold in the exporter바카라 사이트™s home market.
