Details

To tell HMRC about changes to your Duty Stamps Scheme registration form you can either:

• use the online service
• fill in the form on-screen, print and post to HMRC

To use the online service, you바카라 사이트檒l need the 바카라 사이트 Gateway user ID and password you used when you registered. If you do not have a user ID you can create one when you use the service.

You need to do this within 7 days of the change. You바카라 사이트檒l sign a declaration stating that your business is not disqualified from registration. You바카라 사이트檒l be committing an offence if this statement is untrue.

To fill in this form you바카라 사이트檒l need your:

• duty stamps registration number
• UK VAT registration number
• UK excise or SEED registration number
• incorporation number

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
