This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on transfer of prisoners: Islamabad, 24 August 2007.

Instruments of ratification were exchanged on 19 August 2008 and the Agreement entered into force on 19 August 2008. The Agreement was previously published as Pakistan No. 1 (2007), Cm. 7295 (ISBN 9780101729529).
