This is to implement the Supreme Court judgment in Benkharbouche v Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (2017) UKSC 62, (바카라 사이트淏enkharbouche바카라 사이트�). This paper sets out the reasons for the proposed order 바카라 사이트� the 바카라 사이트渞equired information바카라 사이트� referred to in paragraph 3(1)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Human Rights Act 1998 (c.42) (the 바카라 사이트淗RA바카라 사이트�).
