On 3 April 2009 the Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport announced that a local inquiry would be held pursuant to section 10(1) of the Public Libaries & Museums Act 1964 to gather further information to help decide whether Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council바카라 사이트™s plans for their library service were consistent with their statutory duty to provide a 바카라 사이트˜comprehensive and efficient바카라 사이트™ service.

Sue Charteris, was appointed as the independent person to lead the Inquiry, and submitted this report to the Secretary of State in accordance with the .
