Sian-Nia Davies
Biography
Sian-Nia joined the IPO in June 2021 as Head of Platforms. She became Interim Chief Technology Officer in October 2021 and was confirmed as Chief Digital, Data & Technology Officer in July 2022.
Prior to joining the IPO, Sian-Nia enjoyed a long and varied career at BT, latterly leading on the delivery of complex, multi £million digital programmes. This is also where she built the experience in leading large and cross-skilled technical teams across a broad spectrum of platforms and technologies, covering the entire IT Lifecycle.
Sian-Nia holds a BSc in Applied Biology from Cardiff University and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Chief Digital Data & Technology Officer (CDDTO)
The Digital Data & Technology Directorate is central to the IPO바카라 사이트™s journey of transformation and is charged with the creation of a world leading technology platform and service that can provide businesses and citizens with the tools they need to harness the power of IP.
The CDDTO ensures that the IPO바카라 사이트™s strategic ambitions are fully supported by its tech capability and operating model.
This includes leading a committed, multi-disciplinary digital, data and technology team of circa 200 staff and involves the exploitation of new, disruptive technologies including Machine Learning and AI, together with more established tech, to deliver a user centred service which meets the IPO바카라 사이트™s customers바카라 사이트™ current and future expectations and aspirations for the services we provide.
