Philip Hall OBE
Biography
Philip Hall OBE was appointed His Majesty바카라 사이트™s Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in November 2023.
Philip바카라 사이트™s previous roles included the Spending Review at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) from 2015 to 2016. From 2012 to 2015 he headed FCO바카라 사이트™s Counter Proliferation Department, leading the UK government바카라 사이트™s work to prevent the spread of chemical, biological and nuclear weapons. He was Defence Counsellor in the UK Delegation to NATO from 2008 to 2012.
Most of Philip바카라 사이트™s career has been on European and Middle Eastern issues in the FCO, the Cabinet Office and the Treasury. He headed the FCO바카라 사이트™s Middle East Peace Process Section from 1999 to 2001. He is a solicitor, completed postgraduate studies in European law and integration in Germany, and has a Masters in Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
