Mike McMahon
Biography
Mike McMahon was appointed as the Independent Adjudicator for the Adjudicator바카라 사이트™s Office in October 2023.
Mike was in post as the Adjudicator바카라 사이트™s Office Head of Office from September 2020. Prior to this, he worked for the Financial Ombudsman Service where he held a number of technical and operational roles including Head of Quality Assurance and oversight of the technical Learning and Development department.
Mike spent 9 years as an ombudsman, investigating and issuing legally binding decisions on financial services complaints. He also managed a team of junior ombudsman and provided technical training for the ombudsman panel.
