Biography

Josephine joined the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in 2002. She has previously served in the democratic Republic of Congo, twice in Cote d바카라 사이트™Ivoire, and Nigeria. She was the British Ambassador to Cote d바카라 사이트˜Ivoire between 2016 and 2020.

She studied Italian and Philosophy at Leeds University, and MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics, a Masters in European Public Policy from the universite Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne and a Diploma in Public Administration from l바카라 사이트™Ecole Nationale d바카라 사이트™Administration (ENA) in France.
