Ben Nicholson
Biography
Ben Nicholson has been Deputy Head of Mission and Consul General at the British Office Sudan (Addis Ababa) since July 2023.
Ben is a career diplomat and development professional. Previous postings have included Sudan (Development, Regional Politics & Communications Team Leader), Cameroon (Development Counsellor), Turkey (Department for International Development Country Representative) and Nigeria (States Representative).
Ben has also worked previously in a number of policy, operational and humanitarian roles in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the Department for International Development and the UK Ministry of Justice.
