Amanda Reynolds was appointed Director General, Strategy and Transformation in November 2024. Prior to that she was Director General, Service Excellence.

Her previous roles include:

  • Executive Customer Experience Director, Affinity Water
  • Head of Customer Channels, Nationwide Building Society
  • Head of Transformation, Santander

Director General, Strategy and Transformation

The Director General, Strategy and Transformation is responsible for:

  • Leadership of DWP바카라 사이트™s Major Change Portfolio 

  • Delivering the overall objectives of the Major Change Portfolio

Amanda is also the Diversity and Inclusion Social Mobility Champion.
