New Minister for ECGD

Stephen Green, former chairman of HSBC, was appointed Minister for Trade with responsibility for ECGD and UKTI.

Stephen Green, former chairman of HSBC, was today appointed Minister for Trade with responsibility for the Export Credits Guarantee Department (ECGD) and UK Trade and Investment.

Lord Green started his career as a civil servant at the former Ministry of Overseas Development. He joined HSBC in 1982 and was appointed group chairman in 2006.  He is a former chairman of the British Bankers바카라 사이트™ Association and the Prime Minister바카라 사이트™s Business Council for Britain.
