Consultation description

The Hague Convention of 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters (hereafter: 바카라 사이트楬ague 2019바카라 사이트�; 바카라 사이트榯he Convention바카라 사이트�) is a multilateral Private International Law (PIL) convention which establishes common rules to facilitate the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments between Contracting States of the Convention.

At the time of writing, the Convention has 7 signatories and 2 parties have ratified it (the EU and Ukraine).
