Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) (11m+)
The Cladding Safety Scheme is available to all eligible buildings between 11-18 metres in England and new funding applications for buildings over 18 metres outside of London.
Building Safety Fund (BSF) (18m+)
Buildings with unsafe cladding above 18 metres in London could be eligible for the Building Safety Fund.
Developer contracts
