All data on external disclosures made to the CMA
The CMA is a listed organisation included in the Prescribed Persons Order 2014, which provides the statutory framework for protecting persons from harm if they report on any wrongdoing involving their employer. The process by which a person may make this report is referred to as 바카라 사이트making a disclosure바카라 사이트 or 바카라 사이트whistleblowing바카라 사이트.
To be covered by whistleblowing law, the disclosure must be a 바카라 사이트qualifying disclosure바카라 사이트. This is any disclosure of information which, in the reasonable belief of the worker making the disclosure, is made in the public interest and tends to show that one or more of the following has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur:
- a criminal offence (this may include, for example, types of financial impropriety such as fraud)
- a breach of a legal obligation
- a miscarriage of justice
- danger to the health or safety of any individual
- damage to the environment
- the deliberate covering up of wrongdoing in the above categories
